New Damages from Strasbourg Over Slow Court Procedures
Strasbourg, 21 May - Despite making progress of late in reducing court backlogs, Slovenia will have to pay out damages in two new cases brought by its nationals at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg over slow court procedures. Both cases pertain to workers who sought back pay in insolvency proceedings.
