McAllister: Time to Open First Chapters with Serbia

Ljubljana, 22 May - The time has come for the first chapter or even chapters to be opened with Serbia, David McAllister, the European Parliament's rapporteur for Serbia, has told reporters in Ljubljana, where he took part in a round table debate on Serbia's path to the EU.
