Eurostat: Slovenia's GDP 18% Below EU Average in 2013

Luxembourg, 24 May - Slovenia's gross domestic product (GDP) per capita in terms of purchasing power reached 82% of the EU average in 2013, which is level with 2012. Western Slovenia was almost on par with the EU average (at 97%), while the eastern part of the country achieved only 68%, an Eurostat survey shows.
