CoE Finds Slovenia in Breach of the European Social Charter

Strasbourg, 27 May - The Council of Europe (CoE) has found Slovenia in violation of the European Social Charter, because corporal punishment of children is not prohibited in "a sufficiently clear, binding and precise manner" by the law.
