ECHR Rules against Slovenia in Rape Case
Strasbourg, 28 May - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg ruled against Slovenia on Thursday in a rape case brought against the country by a Ukrainian-born plaintiff. Slovenia courts reportedly violated articles 3 and 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights that prohibit torture and stipulate the right to respect for private and family life.
