Telekom Decision Time Looming

Ljubljana, 1 June - The decision on privatisation of Telekom Slovenije, the telecoms incumbent, is expected shortly. The Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) supervisory board will probably meet early this week and unofficial information suggests it will propose the sale of the state's 75%-plus stake to UK private equity fund Cinven.
