Portorož, 1 June - Politics in SE Europe is failing to keep pace with the vibrant business initiative for cooperation in SE Europe, Slovenian President Borut Pahor told a high-profile meeting of regional executives, warning that without progress, regional politics could become a bottleneck in development.
