ZL's Efforts for Writing Off Debts for Poorest Fail

Ljubljana, 3 June - The parliamentary Finance and Monetary Policy Committee rejected on Wednesday an opposition-sponsored bill that would enable companies such as utilities to write off debt to the poorest in exchange for tax breaks. The bill, drafted by the United Left (ZL), has been rejected by the government as well.
