Ruling Expected in LB-Croatia Debt Case

Strasbourg, 4 June - The European Court of Human Rights is expected to issue a ruling involving the defunct Slovenian LB bank and Croatia over a debt of Croatian sugar factory IPK Osijek. The company's debt to the bank stood at EUR 57.5m in June 2007, according to estimations by a court expert.
