Telekom Austria Buys ISP Amis, Unofficially for EUR 30M

Ljubljana, 8 June - Telekom Austria has acquired internet services provider Amis, the STA has found out from an unofficial source. The Austrian telco, which took over Slovenia's No. 2 mobile operator Simobil in 2001, is said to have paid EUR 30m for the Maribor-based company in the deal that was agreed on Monday.
