Ineffectiveness of Justice is General European Problem

A recently concluded conference of European ministers of justice in Budapest, whose topic was Effectiveness and Honesty of Civil, Criminal and Administrative Judiciary, did not bring any new conclusions for Slovenia, however, it revealed the courts effectiveness is a general European problem, not only a Slovene one. Actually, it has been found out Slovenia is the leading country in Europe regarding certain fields, particularly legal proceedings and legislation, and it keeps abreast of the slowness of courts with European countries, told Slovene Ministry of Justice Meta Zupančič at Monday's news conference, at which she presented, together with some colleagues, the Ministry's international activities.
