Austrian Supreme Court Upholds Patria Bribery Ruling
Vienna, 11 June - The Austrian Supreme Court has on most counts upheld the April 2013 judgement by the Vienna Provincial Court in the Patria bribery case sentencing an Austrian middleman for bribing a man associated with the then ruling party in Slovenia to secure the Finnish defence contractor a EUR 278m deal in 2006.
