Top Court Finds Provisions Related to Convicted MPs Unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 11 June - Slovenia's highest court has found provisions of the act on MPs related to the banning of lawmakers who have been convicted to run contrary to the Constitution. It also said parliament was wrong in stripping Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša of his seat in October last year.
