Cinven "Not Risky Buyer", FinMin State Secretary Says

Ljubljana, 13 June - UK buyout fund Cinven is "not a risky buyer" of Telekom Slovenije, Finance Ministry State Secretary Metod Dragonja told Saturday's Večer. "It has a clear strategy to develop the company, and a medium-term investment horizon. It clearly said it will divest and list the company," he said.
