SSH to Respond to Cinven's Terms on Telekom

Ljubljana, 15 June - The Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) is expected to make a written response to Cinven on Monday after the UK equity fund announced over the weekend that its acquisition of Telekom Slovenije would depend on the resolution of the issue of the telco's Macedonian subsidiary.
