Ljubljana, 19 June - The privatisation of Telekom Slovenije has been put on halt over additional guarantees demanded by the only binding bidder, UK equity fund Cinven. While President Borut Pahor helped open doors to Slovenian businesses in south Germany, and British PM David Cameron visited the country over EU reform, relations with Kosovo hit a snag.
