Analyst Believes Cinven Passing on Good Deal

Ljubljana, 16 June - A stock market analyst has said Cinven would be passing on a good deal by not acquiring Telekom Slovenije despite the absence of guarantees for the Macedonian operations of the telecoms incumbent. Domen Granda of the GBD brokerage said he was surprised by the UK buyout fund's actions.
