Ministry Proposes Scrapping Top-Up Insurance, Changes for Concessionaires

Ljubljana, 17 June - The national healthcare resolution for 2015-2025 that is seen as a blueprint for health reform envisages the abolishment of top-up insurance and introduces changes concerning concessions. The plan, presented by the Health Ministry on Wednesday, also gives more powers to managements of health institutions and the ministry.
