Ljubljana, 18 June - The good bilateral relations nurtured by Slovenia and Kosovo have become somewhat strained over the past two days after Kosovo's former PM Ramush Haradinaj was arrested at the Ljubljana airport on Wednesday on what seems to be an outdated arrest warrant.
