Svobodna Misel (Free Thought): Veljko Rus: something average is to be expected

It seems to me that, particularly recently, great changes have also taken place within the Christian Democratic Party, creating a balance between the conservative and progressive forces within the party. A balance within and between parties sparks hope that the future development of Slovenia will be, if not optimal, at least not catastrophic. As there is a balance between parties, we can expect that something average will come out of this, said Dr Veljko Rus - a person who neither in the previous nor in the present country appears to have been and to always be in harmony with the leading trends of development - in an interview for Svobodna Misel.
