Govt Changes Eco Permits Provisions in Line wit EU Demands

Ljubljana, 24 June - The government adopted on Wednesday a proposal for changes to the environment protection act that remedy shortcomings in provisions governing environmental permits. The problems with the existing legislation had led to the European Commission taking Slovenia to the EU Court of Justice.
