Majority Večer Owner Squeezes Out Publisher's Small Shareholders

Maribor, 26 June - The majority owner of newspaper publisher Večer, the company Dober Večer, succeeded with a motion at Friday's general assembly in Maribor to squeeze out small shareholders and secure complete control of the company.
