Fifth Firm from 2013 Privatisation List Sold, Biggest so Far

Ljubljana, 30 June - The state-owned NKBM bank, which was sold today to the US fund Apollo, is the fifth company to be privatised from the list of 15 confirmed by parliament in 2013. Valued at EUR 250m, this is the biggest deal so far and comes amidst uncertainty about the sale of the biggest firm on the list, telecoms incumbent Telekom Slovenije.
