Public Sector Unions Reject Govt Talks Proposal

Ljubljana, 2 July - Public trade unions have closed their ranks in opposing a government proposal presented last week, when pay talks were relaunched after a three-month hiatus. All 29 unions said on Thursday that the proposal deemed as "improvement" by the government was an attempt to make temporary austerity measures permanent.
