MPs Endorse Changes Protecting the Poor from Debt Enforcement

Ljubljana, 9 July - The National Assembly endorsed on Thursday changes to the enforcement and insurance act, which prohibit enforcement of payments that would leave the debtor with less than the minimum wage. The motion also prevents banks from recovering administrative costs when processing debt enforcement from the debtor's minimal protected sum.
