Supreme Court Repeals Anti-Graft Report Incriminating Janković

Ljubljana, 9 July - The Supreme Court has repealed the landmark 2013 report by the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption in part relating to the assets of Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković. The court, which did not rule on the merits of the case, has made the decision on constitutional grounds.
