MPs Reduce Local Government Funding

Ljubljana, 14 July - The National Assembly passed late on Monday a compromise deal between the government and municipalities on funds for Slovenia's 212 local communities. The changes to the 2014 and 2015 budget implementation act reduce the per capita rate of state funding from EUR 525 in the first half of the year to EUR 519 in the second.
