OECD Finds Second Rail Track Too Risky, Report Says

Ljubljana, 21 July - The second rail track between the port of Koper and the rail hub of Divača is deemed too economically risky for Slovenia by the OECD, the daily Dnevnik reports on Tuesday citing unofficial findings of an analysis by the OECD's International Transport Forum (ITF).
