Večer Sees Recorded Arbitration Phone Calls as Major Intl. Scandal

Maribor, 23 July - The daily Večer says on Thursday that the publication of tapped phone calls between the Slovenian arbiter in the border arbitration with Croatia and a government representative in the procedure have all the elements of a top rate international scandal.
