Govt Accused of Planning Second Track in "Bad Faith"

Ljubljana, 27 July - The transport chapter of Slovenia's biggest business association is concerned about the fate of the second rail track between the port of Koper and the rail hub of Divača after an OECD study unofficially found the EUR 1.4bn project would be economically too risky for the taxpayer.
