Delo Says Croatia Has Made False Promises

Ljubljana, 30 July - The arbitration agreement was not the first time Croatia has made false promises, the daily Delo says in its Thursday commentary. "Croatia has entered this political and intelligence scandal with high hopes. It wanted to transform the arbitration defeat into a victory and disguise the false promise it made when signing the arbitration agreement."
