Review of Slovene Press

Ljubljana, 27 June - In its article "Interpellation with a taint of Hypocrisy" Slovenec writes that the statement by the United List of Social Democrats as proponent of the interpellation against Health Minister Božidar Voljč is highly unjust, overgeneralized and lacking firm arguments. Despite numerous changes typical of the transition, health system has remained the only truly humanitarian system in Slovenia, which makes blaming the minister for allegedly "not having provided health services to the most endangered groups of population" appear an act of Hypocrisy, argues the commentator. Clearly, the move is politically motivated rather than been a sincere desire to improve the quality of health service, writes the commentator.
