Direct foreign investments in Slovenia amount currently to approximately US$ 1.5 billion. This is about US$ 8,000 per capita, which is not much, compared to highly developed countries, but again, not little for a country in transition, State Secretary to the Ministry of Economic Relations and Development Vojaka Ravbar emphasized Friday at Slovene-Austrian workshop dedicated to investments.
