From 1995, the Ljubljana stock exchange dealings have been carried out fully electronically and the Stock Exchange formed an external organized C market (OTC). Another important event was the incorporating of a clearing-depository company with which a possibility of dematerializig securities emerged. The introduction of domestic and foreign currency dealing through a stock exchange information system (BIS) occurred, together with the stock exchange establishing itself internationally. The stock exchange started assessing the quality and updating of the furnishing of information to companies as well as a future operations through BIS project, is written in a 1995 report of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
