Ljubljana, 1 September - Anja Kopač Mrak, the minister of labour, the family, social affairs and equal opportunities, signed on Monday the Glasgow Declaration, promoting the rights, dignity and autonomy of senility patients as part of broader efforts to create an age-friendly Europe.
