OSCE Not Getting Enough Respect in Ukraine, Its Head Says

Bled, 2 September - The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is not getting enough respect in Ukraine as it attempts to support a fragile peace between the national authorities and rebels, OSCE head Lamberto Zannier has told the STA.
