Slovenia Reaches Settlement With Lead Applicant in LB Case

Ljubljana, 4 September - Slovenia has reached a settlement with the lead applicant in the Ališić vs Slovenia case brought by deposit holders of the defunct Yugoslav-era LB bank stemming from a ruling of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
