Czech Writer Topol Humbled by Vilenica Prize

Lipica, 6 September - Czech writer Jachym Topol received the Vilenica Prize for outstanding achievement in literature and essay writing in Central Europe at the conclusion of the six-day Vilenica International Literary Festival on Saturday evening. In accepting the prize, Topol said he was honoured but also in doubt about whether he was deserving of it.
