Patria Case Statute Barred

Ljubljana, 7 September - The Local Court of Ljubljana has decided that the Patria case has fallen under the statute of limitations. The cases against all three defendants, Janez Janša, Ivan Črnkovič and Anton Krkovič, have thus been dropped, the STA learnt on Monday from one of the defence attorneys.
