SDS Welcomes Patria Limitation, Reiterate Janša's Innocence

Ljubljana, 8 September - The opposition Democrats (SDS) welcomed the decision of the Ljubljana Local Court that the Patria case has fallen under the statute of limitations, but pointed out that it would be better if the court had dismissed the indictment given the fact that the Constitutional Court had ordered a retrial.
