Ljubljana, 9 September - The SBI TOP index of blue chips was flat at 685.21 points in Wednesday's mixed trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Insurer Sava Re's shares topped the winners' column, adding 3.88% to EUR 13.40.
