Delo Says Govt Not Being Strategic about Public Sector

Ljubljana, 10 September - Commenting on the ongoing pay talks between the government and public sector trade unions, the daily Delo says on Thursday that it is hard to believe that in all those crisis years politics has not had a single influential strategist who would prepare a comprehensive reform of the public sector.
