Europe Utterly Failed the Refugee Test, Delo Says

Ljubljana, 15 September - The collapse of the system started when Germany was forced to shut down its borders. A Europe where everybody takes care only of themselves was already seen in the financial crisis, and with the refugee crisis the system has completely failed, Delo says in Tuesday's commentary.
