West Should Listen to Russia about Islamic State, Delo Says

Ljubljana, 18 September - Russia has been warning against the Islamic State since 2013, saying it is the product of the West that is being used to destabilise the countries that rebel against the US dictate, the daily Delo says on Friday. There is a theory that the crisis in Ukraine was prompted by the US as revenge for the Syrian crisis.
