Delo Puzzled by Quotas Debate Given the Real Size of the Issue

Ljubljana, 19 September - The daily Delo finds in Saturday's commentary the flexing of muscles in the EU over refugee quotas laughable in the face of what could be a million refugees on the bloc's external borders. What is more, nobody is wondering whether these masses are ready to adhere to such quotas in the first place.
