Cerar Speaks to Merkel, Hopes for Fast Joint EU Reaction to Crisis

Ljubljana, 20 September - Prime Minister Miro Cerar told German Chancellor Angela Markel in a phone conversation on Sunday that Slovenia had things under control on the ground but that it also expected a fast and effective joint European response to the refugee crisis.
