Janša Appeals against Barring of Patria Case

Ljubljana, 24 September - Opposition Democrats (SDS) president Janez Janša has filed an appeal against the decision of the Ljubljana Local Court that the Patria case has fallen under the statute of limitations and is considering a damage suit against Supreme Court President Branko Masleša. The news were first reported by the Reporter magazine and confirmed by the SDS.
