Finance Says Time for Performance-Based Pay in Public Sector

Ljubljana, 29 September - Pay negotiations with public sector trade unions cannot be approached any more with the idea that austerity should be extended, but instead with the notion that everybody in the public sector would be paid in accordance to their performance, the business daily Finance says in Tuesday's commentary.
