MPs Put Unfair Competition Disputes in Exclusive Domain of Courts

Ljubljana, 29 September - Parliament adopted on Tuesday changes to the competition protection act that will require disputes related to unfair competition to be resolved exclusively before courts and protect alleged violators until a verdict.
