Debate Stresses Need for Dialogue on Tax Policy

Ljubljana, 29 September - A panel on taxes, hosted on Tuesday by the Janez Evangelist Krek Institute, heard that tax policy was too important a topic to be left to the government without dialogue. While calls for fewer tax burdens dominated, participants of the "Dialogue on Taxes" agreed that people liked to pay taxes if they knew they were spent on useful things.
